Shipping policy
Ready to ship items will be shipped within 72 hours of order confirmation.
Made to order items will be shipped between 3-4 weeks of order confirmation.
All packages are trackable with tracking numbers provided, and signature on delivery will be required.
Domestic shipping:
Standard shipping is AUD18 flat rate for all domestic orders under AUD350.
Free express shipping available for all orders over AUD350.
International shipping:
We only ship to the following countries: Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States.
Standard international shipping is AUD50 flat rate for all orders under AUD500.
Free express shipping available for all orders over AUD500.
Please note that our prices do not include your local taxes and/or import duties. By placing an overseas order with us, shoppers acknowledge that any local customs issues, charges, import taxes/ VAT, import duties, or in general any extra charge(s) regarding the shipment, will be of the shoppers' sole responsibility. We will not be liable for any discrepancies or additional costs charged by the local custom and/or shipping agencies.
We encourage shoppers to contact their local custom offices to check all of the potential fees incurred prior to placing an overseas order. We do not take any responsibility or liability for any issues or delays if customs withhold the shipments due to uncleared custom/duty fees. Please note that no refunds will be issued if shipments are withhold by customs or sent back due to uncleared custom duties.
Unclaimed parcels:
Most of the shipments require signature on delivery. Please keep an eye on your emails and any delivery attempt notes if you are not home to sign on delivery. If you have missed the delivery, it is your responsibility to rearrange redelivery/collection. Refunds will not be provided if parcels are are sent back to us as a result of them being unclaimed.
Lost in transit:
All shipments come with a tracking number and packages will require a signature on delivery.
After orders are dispatched, we have no controls over the handling of the packages. It is at the customers' responsibility to ensure all delivery details are filled in correctly. An incomplete or incorrect address might result in delaying or even failure of delivery.
For packages that might have been stolen or lost in transit (including failure of delivery due to an incomplete/ incorrect address), we will not be able to provide a refund/replacement. However, we will try our best to assist you and will seek assistance from logistic company for a thorough investigation. The process however will take some time and your patience is much appreciated.
For deliveries outside of Australia, packages lost in transit may require following up with your local service.
