Most made to order pieces are dispatched within 3 to 4 weeks of order confirmation.
However, pieces featuring gemstones may require additional time depending on the complexity of the setting and stone availability. Please refer to the individual product description for the estimated dispatch timeframe for each piece. We will notify immediately if there are significant delays.Â
If there are unforseen reasons that the order cannot be fulfilled, full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.Â
